In partnership with The KCAA we installed a solar electric fence at The Sempewueti Water Project to safeguard the spray race, water tanks, water trough and a tree nursery against damage and vandalism by wild animals, notably elephants, which have become a menace in our community in the recent past, causing damage to valuable property and even in some cases loss of life.

The impact of this particular project will be experienced in decades to come, since being closely adjacent to The Amboseli National Park, human-wildlife conflict will always be a problem in our community.
